Steve and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mike at The Property Whiz from the bottom of our hearts for his assistance in helping to make our dreams of moving closer to our grandchildren come to fruition. We wanted to sell our home quickly and so we contacted him. He was willing to answer all of our questions in terms that we could fully understand. No matter how many times I contacted him with our questions and/or concerns, he responded quickly and completely.

He provided us with 3 options during the process and once we chose the route we wanted to pursue, he completed all of the red tape for/with us. The process was completely stress free. What really impressed us was the fact that Mike humanized the entire process. He never came across as simply wanting to buy our home, but he gave us the impression that he was interested in the reasons behind our decisions without any pressure at all.

Another positive aspect of this experience was the fact that Mike worked with our timeline. (When we could move in to the new place, Steve’s retirement date, etc). That was so important to us because this alleviated the worries commonly associated with selling your home from the onset through the closing process. Mike treated us with compassion throughout the process. This was a home we had raised our children in and shared countless family memories over the years, 25+ to be exact. It was difficult to initially make the decision to sell, but after speaking with Mike, we felt comfortable with our choice to “Jump in head first!”

So, after 36 years of teaching for me and 34 years in the military for my husband along with 25 years in the health care field, we have retired. Because of Mike, we were able to make our dream of watching our grandchildren grow up on a day-to-day basis a reality. We highly recommend Mike and The Property Whiz as an option to sell your home in a quick, efficient, compassionate, and stress free manner.
